Construction Crew Member

As an employee of Elevated Home Improvement, you'll play a vital role in bringing our clients' visions to life. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience in constructing custom decks, patios, and executing various home improvement projects. This position:
- Offers on-the-job training for individuals without prior experience.
- Requires a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Involves physical labor and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the construction and remodeling of decks, patios, and other home improvement projects.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools.
- Prepare construction sites by removing obstacles and hazards.
- Load and unload construction materials.
- Assemble and disassemble temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Must Have
- Valid driver's license.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
- Punctuality and reliability.
